Our Client, is a leading  $4 Billion FMCG company and growing at 19% CAGR. Company’s logistics network consists of over 35 plants, 90 depots and over  5000 Distribution points and reaching markets with over 500 SKU’s. ( Commodity, Pulses and Cosmetics). 

Due to intense competitive, margin and service pressures Company was looking to adopt next gen. digital logistics platform to digitize their entire Logistics flow operations to record, measure, analyse, bring transparency, improve operational efficiencies and optimize costs to meet the Internal and external Supply Chain Network Demand.

Since the company was growing and had multiple manufacturing locations catering to several thousand distributions points, manually managing logistics efficiently was always challenging. Our team carried out requirement gathering sessions with logistic managers, plant supervisors, end-users, Logistics Service Providers and arrived at process flows and detailed requirements.
